WoodMarvels.com has a huge rendering queue but the quality of HD really makes it worth it, with over 100 product and new ones coming-out every few days. I am happy my computer doesn’t require a salary nor complains about the 24/7 work schedual. I am very pleased to announce the launch of a new collaboration with AskJerry. He has a very intense background in robotics and computer technology and the launch of his first project on WoodMarvels.com shows how well this self-education has helped him produce an great looking wooden Cessna aircraft. The rendering of our dolphin in full high definition has just completed, which you can find at WoodMarvels.com under Theme / Mammals. This was among our very first models so below is the updated one and under that, the very first rendering of it so you can really see the evolution of our rendering techniques using the same models. Rendering speed depending, we hope to launch a new designer with animation sometime tomorrow… a really cool model that can fly!

We are now rendering all out stuff in full HD 500 x 281 format instead of our previous 320 x 240. The first model to be released in such format is our Bus! It just got it’s blueprints and laser-cut kit updated to use square axles so we figure why not jump into HD now that the new hard drive is here anxious to be filled-up! A few weeks ago, I decided to keep track of our WoodMarvels.com video views and post updates every month for the heck of it. Our total video views up till February 1st were 177 735 and now, on March 1st, they have hit 190 638! A 7% total increase in only a month is incredible! Considering we haven’t released anything new in the past weeks (new 1TB hard drive should be here any day now), I am surprised it grew [...]
