Just bought myself a new computer, a brand new HP DV7 with Windows 7 Pro and it’s amazing! Going form 8 cores from 2 is exciting news for rendering as well as switching to a 64 bit OS, throw in 3x more Ram running at higher speeds too! Am waiting yet another proof, should be the last one, before publishing the WoodMarvels.com Volume 2 book… it’s going to be amazing!!!
You can ready more about a similar model to mine here:

We’ve now sourced the required material to begin production of our light table once more. It’s even stronger than before using 6mm material instead of 4mm material! In addition, you can buy it in EPS format as well!
You can find our light table under Category / Office / Tables at WoodMarvels.com.

I have decided to streamline EPS file usage to allow WoodMarvels.com sell other types of EPS files in an easier and more streamlined manner. This means that personal and commercial licenses of the past have now been merged into a simple “EPS for Laser Cutter.” I plan on offering EPS files specific to routers and with the advent of 3D printing, many other options.
This was needed because, for example, our dinosaur collection, had 4mm, 6mm and 10mm EPS file types [...]
Things have been very busy here at WoodMarvels.com with new products, opportunities coming from all corners and working with designers to get even more cool stuff going.
My goal this year was to publish 3 new books, so far, one has been published and the other two are at different stages of being proofed for release. They are WoodMarvels.com Volume 2 which will be AMAZING! While the other is a science fiction book that should be released later in the fall [...]
WoodMarvels.com has just released another collaboration with Lidija on our site and this time, it’s a wonderful Slon Seat / Walker with an elephant design. Pretty straight forward assembly and a great animation to boot… just one of those products where the media used to promote it fits perfectly together.
This elephant inspired baby seat / walker can be found at WoodMarvels.com under Category / Baby and is available in EPS production licenses, PDF blueprints and a very affordable physical kit [...]
I’m happy to introduce a new designer to WoodMarvels.com, her name is Noelle and as her first work, she designed a Christmas Advent Tree. It’s very easy to build and has plenty of holes in it to attach your own Christmas decorations as well.
You can find this Advent Tree under Theme / Holidays / Christmas at WoodMarvels.com as PDF blueprints, EPS production files and physical kit.

I don’t know any German but found through my logs that a woodworking site in Germany liked a few of my designs.
You can read it in German at

If you are like me though, you will need to visit this site through this link to have it translated into English.
Also, Lidija got her collaborative Pupa Mannequin piece she did with us on BurdaStyle.com… cool!

The next piece I’m working with her on is amazing though… stay tuned!
I’m happy to announce a new design collaboration here at WoodMarvels.com, with Lidija. This is the first piece she has created with us and it’s a hanging mannequin that is functional in both a retail and home setting. Assembly is a breeze with a key system and it doesn’t need glue to stay together, so it can be easily moved.
It’s available as PDF blueprints, EPS production licenses and physical laser cut kit.
You can find her first piece of work, another [...]
WoodMarvels.com has now released another mammal, this time, a wooden hippopotamus with spinning wheels and an easy to grab body. It’s available in laser cut kit, EPS and PDF form right now at our site.

As expected, the month of September was busy in all departments, from video views (maintaining a 7% monthly increase month after month) to sales despite having to disable sales of all our 10mm and 4mm physical laser cut kits due to crazy shipping costs but we still managed to release some cool new stuff! I guess the good news to come out of all this is that using 6mm as my standard size is now working in my favor but [...]
