I’ve now completed the 3D animation and live filming using a new format for the newest CNC project here on WoodMarvels.com… a Pterodactyl CNC! Once completed, this 14 piece model has the dimensions of L: 40cm, W: 25cm, H: 11cm @ 6mm. It’s all cut on one 500mm x 400mm sheet of plywood. The final batch of my initial CNC projects which I did as soon as I got my ShopBot Desktop included this Fish Pad CNC, it was actually the very first thing I cut while here as it required no assembly! David Newman has a new wood marvel online, it’s an ark (at two different sizes) plus 27 animal silhouettes! Yep, Santa and his Reindeer have made another trip to WoodMarvels.com, this time in the form of a CNC project! You may not have known much about Evright, an Australian-based retailer featuring trophies, plaques and medallions but in a few months, that will change quite dramatically – they cut and assembled my Electronic’s Trophy not out of wood, but black acrylic… looks amazing!
